The building is designed to boost efficiency and cut overheads, the Zig Zag Building replaces a 1950s office block with exemplary new office space.

Our London-based Asset Management and Wealth Management Client moved to The Zig-Zag to provide employees with more modern facilities, bring the businesses closer to many of their clients and enable more efficient working practices. The fast-paced fit-out of 6 floors including high end finish meeting spaces and trading environments. Installation of UPS supported trader power and resilient environmental cooling for both office areas and comms rooms. The project involved interfacing with the landlord and co-ordination of existing tenants for integrated testing and commissioning.
