This project is the complete replacement and upgrade of 7 no. cooling towers for a British multinational investment bank and financial services company.

The project scope is to replace the existing gas fired boilers with new high-efficiency boilers, whilst maintaining sufficient heating capacity to support the building heating and hot water load, introducing new controls to the low temperature hot water and condenser water systems to ensure the systems are operating efficiently.

The replacement must not reduce the ability of the condenser water system to reject heat from the building’s chillers.
