Project Marble is a complete office relocation from the City of London to Canary Wharf.

This is an ongoing project for a French multinational investment bank and financial services cooperation.  It includes the fit out of an office building comprises of 3no. interconnected traders floors via a rising staircase and comms rooms throughout the building. The building’s tenant floors are supported by 4no. UPS units and 2no. critical chillers. In addition to the infrastructure the building houses two very high end client entertainment areas and a full size kitchen and serving area which spans over two floors.
