We have built our reputation based on our effectiveness and positive business relationships. We are known for our passion, flexibility and transparent approach
We are predictable. We complete the projects more quickly and cheaply by benefiting from value of reuse for methods, templates, processes, etc.
This has resulted in reduced project start-up time, a shorter learning curve for project team members and time savings from not having to reinvent processes and templates from scratch on each project.
We strive to achieve a minimum level of predictability of 96%. We endeavour to effectively plan completely understand the work to be accomplished and correctly estimate the work. Therefore, we will do a great job of managing the work to hit the estimated schedule and budget. The ability to be predictable is invaluable for making business decisions.
We are proactive. We proactively manage the scope, time and cost to avoid additional effort and cost.
We proactively manage the issues to ensure that problems are resolved as quickly as possible. Utilising multifaceted communication and sound risk management processes we ensure that potential problems are being identified and managed before the problems actually occur.
We manage the Gaps. The gap between the Client’s expectation and project team delivery is managed by suitable methodology, effective planning, and formal and informal communication.
This gives the team and the sponsor an opportunity to make sure they are in agreement on the major deliverables produced by the project.
We build a higher quality product the first time. Our tailored quality control and quality assurance techniques are in place to ensure that the Client Quality expectation are met at the first attempt.
We stop “bad” projects. We ensure that the cost-benefit analysis is sound in business cases of each project. We financially advice the clients and ensure that projects are commenced with sound cost-benefit analysis and safe guard our clients by keeping a close eye on the projects – which may be late, over-budget or have hit a threshold where the business case is no longer valid.
We focus on metrics and make fact-based decisions. Our suitably adopted metrics make suitable information available to projects teams that help determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery team and the quality of the deliverables.
The same metrics also evaluate out performance to ensure that we are preforming in the expected proficient level.
We believe in improved work environment. We have had upfront investment of time and effort in all of our projects. Therefore, we get high levels of involvement from our customers and healthier morale of the delivery team to take more ownership and consequently, more success.
With an experienced team and professional attitude, we strive to provide the highest standard of delivery and drive your projects to successful completion
